Ipswich opened up a four-point lead at the top of Sky Bet League One with a 1-0 win at promotion rivals Fleetwood.

Kayden Jackson struck the only goal just before the hour-mark - his sixth of the season - and that was enough for Paul Lambert's side to extend their unbeaten league start to 11 matches.

It was Fleetwood's first league defeat in five games.

Wycombe remain second after Adebayo Akinfenwa's stoppage-time penalty clinched them a 3-3 home draw against Peterborough, who had led 2-0.

Mohamed Eisa gave Peterborough an early lead and Josh Knight made it 2-0 before half-time. Wycombe hit back to level through Akinfenwa and Christy Pym's own goal, before Ivan Toney fired the visitors back in front.

Chairboys' midfielder Curtis Thompson was then sent off for his second bookable offence, but Akinfenwa converted from the spot in the fifth minute of added time after Dan Butler's challenge on Scott Kashket.

Smith converted his second spot-kick after Kyle McFadzean had been sent off in the 57th minute for his challenge on Crooks, who later added the Millers fourth.

Sunderland slumped to their second league defeat of the season, 2-0 at Lincoln.

Lincoln led through Jon McLaughlin's first-half own goal and Tyler Walker missed a 52nd-minute penalty before making amends by scoring the home side's second seven minutes later.

Accrington hit back twice to draw 2-2 at home against Oxford.

Tariqe Fosu gave Oxford an interval lead before Jordan Clark headed Accrington level in the second half. Cameron Brannagan restored Oxford's advantage, but the home side equalised again through Offrande Zanzala.

Callum Lang fired the only goal as Shrewsbury won 1-0 at Tranmere, who had striker Connor Jennings sent off in first-half stoppage time for his second yellow card.

Goals in either half from Liam Boyce sandwiched Oliver Sarkic's effort as Burton won 3-0 at MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon held on to win 3-2 at home against Rochdale.

Marcus Forss, Paul Osew and Mitch Pinnock struck first-half goals to put the Dons in control at half-time and Rochdale pulled one back through Ian Henderson, who added his second in time added on.

Ellis Harrison's stoppage-time header secured Portsmouth a 2-1 win at Doncaster.

Reece James' late equaliser cancelled out Gareth Evans' second-half opener for Pompey, only for Harrison to head home in the first minute of added time.

Gillingham missed two penalties in a 3-1 home win against 10-man Southend. The Gills struck twice in three minutes either side of the breakthrough Alfie Jones and Stuart O'Keefe before Simon Cox reduced the deficit for Southend.

Southend substitute Emile Acquah was sent off for a second yellow card and, after Gills striker Mikael Ndjoli had squandered two spot-kicks in as many minutes, Brandon Hanlan struck the home side's third.
